Some French companies have expressed desire to invest in the field of agro animal in Sudan , reported local media quoting senior government officials in the ministry of agriculture and animal resources in Khartoum state after a visit to France . Minister of agriculture and animal resources in Khartoum state Mohamed Salih Jabir flowing arrival home from Paris told reporters that their visit to France aims at opening investment chances and transfer of new technology in the field of animal production to Sudan. He said establishment of modern slaughtering facilities will increase volume of export and added value to Sudanese animal resources products. Jabir said the French companies are likely interested in the idea of new technology transfer to Sudan. He said the fresh companies welcomed the idea on ground that Sudan is one of most African counties with high potential resources in food security.
