AFCON U23: Sudan v Kenya match officials named

The match officials that will be overseeing the clash between Kenya U23-the Emerging Stars- and their counterparts from Sudan on Wednesday 20 March in Sudan has been named.The Confederation of African Football decided to appoint Egyptian Ibrahim Nour Eldin as the Center Referee where he will depend on the assistance of countrymen Samir Gamal Saad as the First Assistant Referee and Hany Abel-Fattah Mahmoud as Second Assistant Referee with Ahmed Elghandour being the Fourth Official.

Djibouti’s Youssouf Guedi Guireh will be the match commissioner with Algerian Kria Samir Bouzareah being the Referee Assessor.

The match is set to be played at the Al-Merrikh Stadium starting 8 pm EAT with the second leg slated for Tuesday 26 March; the winner on aggregate facing off with either of Nigeria or Libya in the third round.
