The Chief of the Joint Staff, Lt. Gen. Mohamed Osman Al-Hussein, has praised progress of the eternal relations between Sudan and Saudi Arabia, describing these relations as distinguished and firm.
This came when he received On Monday in his office the Military Attaché at the Saudi Embassy to Khartoum, Ibrahim Osman Al-Omair, on the occasion of the expiry of his assignment to Sudan, and his successor, Col. Abdul-Latif bin Abdalla Al-Ammash.
During the meeting, the Chief of Staff has expressed his appreciation of the efforts exerted by Al-Omair in boosting the military cooperation and the joint work between the two countries.
He also welcomed the new Saudi Military Attaché.
He expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Sudan and its Armed Forces and leadership for the cooperation that he found throughout his term of office, wishing continued security, stability, progress and prosperity for Sudan.
