The Vice President of the Transitional Military Council (TMC), First Lieutenant General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, has revealed the presence of infiltrators and foreign intelligence organs in the midst of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) to distort its image, saying that these infiltrators had fabricated more than 59 video clips in one day in order to distort the image of the RSF.
Dagalo, addressing a mass rally at Hajar Al Assal area in River Nile State yesterday, said that Rapid Support Forces are not angels and they are human beings who can make mistakes, but he stressed that the law would apply to anyone who commits crime from the RSF.
He stressed that the RSF assumed key role in maintaining security and stability in Khartoum following the recent incidents, noting that the RSF was subjected to injustice by false accusations.
He asked the leaders of the National Congress who looted the people’s money during the previous regime to returning it to the Bank of Sudan before it was too late, pledging to hold accountable those involved in embezzling the people’s money.
Dagalo referred to their siding with the Revolution, stressing that the relations between the Transitional Military Council and the Forces of Freedom and Change are considered as a real partnership and that they should put their hands together in order to save Sudan and avoid sliding into problems similar to what had happened in some neighboring countries, saying that they have no ambitions in power.
