NISS Aborted the Smuggling of (18) Kilograms of Gold in Kassala


The National Intelligence and Security Service (NISS) has managed to abort the smuggling of 18 kilograms and 670 grams of 21-karat gold in the Kassala state on its way to one of the neighboring countries.

According to SMC, NISS has managed to arrest 2 smugglers seized with gold, amount of US dollars, Saudi riyals and firearm.

The governor of the Kassala state, Adam Jamaa, praised the efforts made by the security authorities and its great role in protecting the country’s security.

He added, NISS continued to protect the national economy and eliminate smuggling operations.
