The New Governors sworn before the President of the Republic


The governors of the states have sworn before the President of the Republic, Omar Hassan al-Bashir, in the presidential palace on Sunday, in the presence of head of the judiciary Abdul Majeed Idris, and Minister of the Presidency Fadl Abdullah Fadl.

Following the sworn, President al-Bashir instructed the states to ensure security and stability in the country.

He said that the country is going through a new phase in the history of Sudan, which requires increasing efforts and addressing the outstanding issues, especially youth issues.

He pointed to the importance of providing the necessary services and achieving the aspirations of citizens and establishing and promoting justice among them.

At the same time, the President directed the governors to select elements capable of providing services to citizens and realizing the will of the people.
